• Orders below ₹399.00: Flat shipping fee of ₹42.00 (Vaaiz Enterprises often provides free shipping on selected orders)

3. Address Verification

To ensure zero delivery failures, our checkout system is integrated with the India Postal PIN Codes. It is mandatory for customers to provide:

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery times vary by location:

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with the tracking number and the name of the logistics partner. You can use this Tracking ID on the partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Damage During Transit

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please record an Unboxing Video and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement after verifying the damage.
