Tracking your order is simple. Visit our dedicated Track Order page. You can enter either your internal Vaaiz Order Number or the Shiprocket AWB Code provided in your dispatch email to view real-time GPS tracking.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only if they have not yet reached the "Processing" or "Shipped" status. Because we dispatch from our Dasuya warehouse swiftly, please contact customer support immediately at 09779616735 if you need to make changes.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1500 across India. For orders below this threshold, a nominal flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery PIN code via Shiprocket.

Most retail and B2B orders are dispatched the same day from our headquarters in Dasuya, Punjab. Standard delivery times are:

• North India: 2-3 Business Days
• Rest of India: 4-6 Business Days
